Narcissist
As a rose too fragile to voyage away from its land
She has her whims to ornate the bosoms of beauties, to give
Yet she soon cries tears of petals pleading for her nourishing entities
Her quest for perfection withers
In the hands of detached cruelty
Where she salvages her vanity
In the soils of pampering comfort
Form the unattainable
In the realms of her maturity
She is alone yet never lonely
She is forever in love with the last Romeo
She is but her own rose … entirely

I guess we all carry some sort of narcissism; it could be interpreted as a defense mechanism :)

I believe we all demand some standards in our relationships. A narcissist though seems to me a very sensitive person unlike her/his cold exterior impression, looking for perfection in an imperfect world and is constantly disappointed. Cruelty here is the narrator’s perception of the imperfect world around her. The narcissist is a person who needs much more attention and affection than others, but we usually misinterpret her/his needs by the cold, misleading behavior. In comparing the rose’ fragility to other flowers; I’m comparing the high degree of narcissism to human vanity
xlant explaination ...loved it and love the way you think
